There are still some good fantasy baseball outfielders picks in the later rounds that you can choose in your cash fantasy baseball or free fantasy baseball league. Here are the picks for those later rounds:
31. Nelson Cruz, Texas Rangers
Cruz played in 159 games (previous high was 128) so his 24 HR were disappointing for him. Cruz hit under .265 (.260) for the third time in four seasons and did not reach double-digit steals for the second straight year. Cruz turns 33 in July.
32. Carlos Gomez, Milwaukee Brewers
Gomez stole 37 bases and hit 19 homers. He had stolen over 30 in 2008 but his previous HR high was 8. Gomez hit .260 and has a career BA of .247. He turned 27 in December.
33. Angel Pagan, San Francisco Giants
Pagan stole 29 bases, just missing his third straight 30-steal season. He hit .288 and has a career BA of .281. Pagan scored a career-high 95 runs.
34. Norichika Aoki, Milwaukee Brewers
Aoki, now 31, hit .288 with 30 steals and 10 homers in his first MLB season. Only two other players had as high a BA, 30 steals and double-digit homers – Braun and Trout.
35. Melky Cabrera, Toronto Blue Jays
Cabrera was hitting .346 in August when he was suspended the rest of the season for PEDs. Then his name came up in a new PED controversy this winter. Whichever version of Cabrera turns up this year, at least he’s in a good ballpark and lineup in Toronto.

36. Andre Ethier, Los Angeles Dodgers
Ethier hit 20 homers for the fourth time in five seasons and his .284 BA was near his career BA of .290, but his OPS vs. lefties fell to .606.
37. Ben Revere, Philadelphia Phillies
Revere stole 40 bases in 124 games after stealing 34 in 117 games in 2011. He hit .294, but had just 19 extra-base hits. Revere should be in a better lineup and ballpark this year, though the Twins actually outscored the Phillies in 2012.
38. Brett Gardner, New York Yankees
Gardner averaged 48 steals and 92 runs in 2010-11 before missing almost all of last season with an elbow injury. He has a career BA of .266. Gardner turns 30 in August.
39. Nick Swisher, Cleveland Indians
Swisher has eight straight seasons of 20 or more HR. In his four years as a Yankee, Swisher hit 59 of his 105 HR on the road. He hit .272 in 2012 and is a career .256 hitter. He is one of the more famous cash fantasy baseball choices.
40. Chris Davis, Baltimore Orioles
Davis broke out at age 26 with 33 HR, 85 RBI and a .270 BA. He hit above .300 in three different months and below .240 in the other three. Davis’ K/BB was 169/37.
41. Josh Reddick, Oakland Athletics
Reddick broke out at age 25 with 32 HR, 85 RBI and 11 steals. But he hit just .242 with 151 K and just .164 in September.
42. Torii Hunter, Detroit Tigers
Hunter hit .300 for the first time, but had a .389 BABIP. He hit 16 HR after hitting at least 20 for 10 of the previous 11 seasons. Hunter has not reached double-digit steals since 2009. Last year, he hit between Trout and Albert Pujols – this year he hits second in the Tigers’ strong lineup
43. Michael Morse, Seattle Mariners
Morse only made it into 378 games during his four seasons in Washington, but had 67 HR and a .294 BA. 40 of his homers came on the road. Morse will get a chance to start in Seattle just as they are moving in the fences.
44. Ichiro Suzuki, New York Yankees
Suzuki was rejuvenated after joining the Yankees, hitting .322 in 227 AB, matching his career AB. For the season, he stole 29 bases, only the second time in 12 years he was below 30.
45. Alejandro De Aza, Chicago White Sox
In his first full season, De Aza hit .281 with 26 steals, though he was also thrown out 12 times. De Aza turns 29 in April.
